Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide our services: your Google account details (account ID, name, email) when you sign in, order and shipping information to fulfill purchases, and payment confirmation references from our UPI payment providers (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). We never collect or store passwords, card numbers, or UPI PINs.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process orders, deliver products, provide customer support, maintain your account and order history, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Google Sign-In
Shararat uses Google Sign-In as the only authentication method. When you sign in with Google, we receive only the minimal profile information required (account ID, name, email) and never handle or store your password.
Payments
Payments are processed exclusively through UPI providers — Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm. Payment details and confirmations are handled by these providers; we never see or store sensitive payment credentials.
Discreet Billing
Orders appear under a neutral billing descriptor. Your privacy is respected in packaging, statements, and all communications.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain order and account records only as long as needed for fulfillment, support, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting support.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Contact our support team to exercise these rights.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship across India with free standard shipping on eligible orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on location.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or indication of contents. The return address is a neutral fulfillment name, and billing descriptors are discreet.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information is added to your order and visible in your account order history.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we accept returns and exchanges only for unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and we will make it right.
Refund Policy
Eligibility
Refunds are issued for eligible returns (unopened, unused, in original packaging) received within 7 days of delivery, and for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original UPI payment method (Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm) within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, our standard returns policy applies.
Discreet Packaging
Plain, Unmarked Packaging
Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, branding, or references to the contents. Nothing about the packaging indicates what is inside.
Neutral Sender Name
Packages ship from a neutral fulfillment name rather than a brand name, keeping your purchase private.
Discreet Billing Descriptor
Payment statements show a neutral descriptor so your purchase remains confidential on your account statements.
Confidential Communications
All order and shipping communications are written to avoid revealing the nature of the products.
